Placing an online order on OrganicBug.com is secure. Although no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee 100% security, Organic Bug follows the generally accepted industry standards for protection of personal information. We endeavor to stay current with the most up-to-date physical, electronic and managerial security procedures to protect the personal information we collect; however, Organic Bug cannot guarantee the absolute security of its website.

Online 24/7~once you decide upon the product/s you wish to purchase, choose the correct color, size and quantity (as is applicable) and click on the ADD TO CART button. When you are finished shopping, review your order in the Shopping Cart and continue through the check out process.

By Mail~Organic Bug accepts money orders, company or personal checks in US dollars only. Continue through the check out process and your completed order will be entered into our system. Simply pay the balance due via check or money order payable to Organic Bug Inc. (We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks~sorry.) Be sure to put your Order # on the check. Mail your order to us at the address below.
By Fax~Organic Bug accepts credit + debit card orders by fax. Continue through the check out process and your completed order will be entered into our system. Simply PRINT your Pending Order Email and write your credit or debit card NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, 3 or 4-DIGIT CVV, NAME OF CARDHOLDER + BILLING ADDRESS (if different than the Billing Information on your order). Fax your order and completed payment information to Organic Bug at the fax number below.

Payment Options
We accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards via American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also invite our customers to utilize PayPal.

We accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Company Checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a Money Order. For Personal and Company Checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received but will make every effort to fill your order accordingly.

We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax
State Sales Tax on the order total (including shipping) is withheld for nonfood items shipped to addresses with the state of Florida. You are responsible for Sales Tax on merchandise that is shipped to states other than Florida in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, United States Territories and United States military installations.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Organic Bug's shopping cart system allows customers the ability to ship to multiple shipping addresses. Yahoo! Simply choose the recipient on each product page that you wish to ship to and the cart will split up the order and prompt you for further information, including the addition of any gift messages, during the check out process! You will be charged the appropriate shipping for each individual address.

Order Confirmations are sent electronically pretty instantly to the email address you provide when you place your order.
