As self-proclaimed iPod addicts, it's been a mission from the get-go for us to find an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to the abundance of plastic docking stations available for Apple heads like ourselves. Well, mission accomplished!
The Vers Audio iPod Docking Station is even sharper looking in person than we expected and it's very lightweight. It takes up about the same amount of space as other docking stations designed for iPods, but the sound that the Vers Sound System produces is unparalleled to any other!
We tested it out (much to the dismay of our neighbors) and enjoyed audio clarity, and acoustic perfection no matter how high we cranked the volume. It looks, sounds & feels like the high-end sound system it is!
We were also pleasantly pleased to learn that, despite our iPhones claiming to be incompatible with this unit, they worked just fine. So, you can add the iPhone to the long list of Apple products that the Vers Audio Docking Station can play (and charge!). Our tunes never sounded so good... and now we can whistle while we work.
Using the most environmentally friendly bonding agents available, each Vers 2X is 100% RoHS-compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). It has an energy saving power supply; even the plastic components are PVC & BFR free. Units are designed for complete disassembly so all parts can be recycled.
