Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with every item you purchase at OrganicBug.com, you may return it for refund up to 60 days from date of purchase.
  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW condition with complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with any accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and attached tags. 
  • If you are dissatisfied with the performance of an item, you may return it for refund up to 60 days from date of purchase. Poor performance or damage due to misuse or wear + tear at our discretion will not be credited or replaced. 

Refused Shipments
If you or any person at the shipping destination refuses a shipment from OrganicBug.com or any of its vendors, you are held responsible for the original shipping charges incurred on the package AND the RETURN shipping PLUS a 15% restocking fee. These charges are deducted from your total merchandise refund.

Please securely repack the merchandise you are returning and follow the Easy Return Instructions below.

  • Consumables including but not limited to food, personal care products, and CDs/DVDs that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • Special Orders and Final Sales cannot be returned. 

Please see the following policies applicable on returns:

  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number so they may be returned to the proper address and correctly identified for credit to your account. 
  • Please do not attempt to return merchandise prior to receiving an RMA Number. 
  • Returns are refunded in the original tender.
  • Gift returns, including Gift Registry returns, are exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the order in the form of a store credit, valid for one year.
  • SPECIAL ORDERS and FINAL SALES are not returnable for credit or refund. Special Order and Final Sale items are clearly noted on the product description page. Special Orders may not be canceled.

Easy Return Instructions

  • If you do NOT have an Organic Bug Personal Account, please shoot us an email or give us a call and we will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see contact info at the end of this page) for you.
  • If you DO have an Organic Bug Personal Account, please LOG IN.
  • Find the appropriate order in the Track Your Recent Orders box.
  • Click View Details next to the order that lists the item you want to return.
  • Click on the Add New RMA box and complete the RMA FORM + be sure to make any comments then SAVE the RMA.
  • You will receive an email with the RMA Number that your request generates. Any special instructions and a return address will be noted in the email.
  • Write the RMA Number you receive on the securely packed return shipping box.
  • Arrange to ship via a shipping method of your choice. We recommend insuring the return for the retail value.
  • When the item is received by us or by the supplier from whom it was originally shipped, a credit (less original shipping charges) is issued on the same credit card used for the purchase of the item. 
  • If you are exchanging a damaged or defective item, when it is received by us or by the supplier from whom it was originally shipped, another item of the same description is shipped to you without any further charges. Should you choose to return the damaged or defective item for credit, when it is received a credit (including shipping charges) is issued on the same credit card used for purchase of the item.
If you are returning an item sent in error, we apologize for any inconvenience!
  • Please email or call according to the Easy Return Instructions above to obtain an RMA Number.
  • Repack the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • When it is received by us or by the supplier from whom it was originally shipped, a credit (including shipping charges) is issued on your credit card. Please allow one credit card billing cycle for any credit to appear on your statement.

If any of the above conditions are not met or your item is not returned within 60 days from date of purchase, Organic Bug reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15% at its sole discretion. An IN STORE CREDIT is issued for any returns that arrive more than 60 days from the date of purchase.
