Our vegan Heart + Bamboo Dial Bracelet Watches ware manufactured using the most sustainable and biodegradable materials of any watches on the planet! Each SPROUT watch case is made from durable corn resin, a greener type of plastic from renewable resources. Corn resin is also the eco-material of choice for the bezel and matching adjustable bracelet. The natural white bamboo dial has dark silver colored numbering, dots, markers and outer heart edges.

The shelf life of corn resin is similar to synthetic plastics. It will not break down during regular wear. Corn resin, in a compost environment, is 99% biodegradable to carbon dioxide and water within 365 days. Bamboo is a natural, non-synthetic fiber from the grass family. It is a quick growing sustainable plant that sequesters greenhouse gases and is a renewable resource. The mineral crystal lens is a type of glass made from sand and is recyclable. Sprout watches use only mercury free batteries.

SPROUT watches are 80-86% bio degradable by weight. A young brand of the parent company E.
